Semi-quantitative Risk Evaluation of Urban Gas Pipelines by Fusion Graph Theory and ANP

Abstract
The selection of risk assessment indicators and the accuracy of weight calculation for urban gas pipelines directly affects the risk rating results.The existing selection and weight calculation methods of evaluation indicators are greatly influenced by subjectivity,without considering the correlation between risk indicators,resulting in poor applicability of risk assessment methods.Based on the sta-tistics of urban gas pipeline accident cases at home and abroad,taking the correlation relationship and strength between accident causa-tion keywords as the entry point,the feature vector centrality and weighting models for accident causation keywords are established using graph theory method.Based on knowledge graph analysis,the main causation keywords were selected and a risk assessment index system for urban gas pipelines was established.The network analysis method was improved using fusion graph theory,the correlation relation-ship and correlation strength between indicators are quantified by establishing indicator influence relationship model and judgment ma-trix value model,and combined with the risk matrix,a semi-quantitative risk assessment method for urban gas pipelines was established.The verification results of examples show that the constructed risk assessment method is accurate for the risk rating of gas pipelines,and can provide new ideas for the establishment of risk assessment methods for urban gas pipelines and long-distance oil and gas pipelines.关键词
