摘要

Abstract

To address the 6G requirements of high spectral efficiency,ultra-low latency,and ubiquitous coverage,reconfigurable intelligent antenna array technology is emerging as one of the core enablers for overcoming the bottlenecks of conventional air interfaces,owing to its advantages in dynamic beam control,multi-band adaptive switching,and environment-aware sensing.This paper systematically summarizes the technical paradigms and research progress of reconfigurable intelligent antenna arrays in 6G.From the perspective of hardware-software co-design,their potential applications in key tasks are analyzed,including air-interface resource management,high-frequency terahertz communications,integrated sensing and communication,and massive multiple-input multiple-output.Finally,the challenges and future development paths of deep integration with 6G networks are discussed,aiming to provide systematic references and research insights for theoretical innovation and system design of next-generation air-interface architectures.
