Abstract
Against the background of safe production and efficient management,traditional safety helmets have single functions and cannot meet the needs of comprehensive safety protection and health management.This paper proposes a design scheme of an intelligent safety helmet system based on the STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer.The helmet adopts a modular design concept and integrates functional modules such as DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor,MAX30102 heart rate and blood oxygen sensor,and ATGM336H GPS Beidou dual-mode positioning module.Through these modules,the health status and environmental data of the wearer can be monitored in real time.When the data is abnormal,an alarm signal can be sent in a timely manner,and accurate positioning can be achieved with the help of the positioning module.At the same time,the system integrates technologies such as Bluetooth communication and voice interaction,supports convenient debugging and information exchange on mobile phones,and improves user experience.Through testing and verification,the intelligent safety helmet system can effectively provide users with comprehensive health management and safety protection services and has good application prospects.关键词
