组织文化视域下社会资本的消极影响与应对策略
Negative Impact and Coping Strategies of Social Capital from the Perspective of Organizational Culture
摘要
Abstract
Organizational culture,as a comprehensive system of meaning formed on the basis of values,constitutes the soft power of organizational development and contributes to enhancing overall management effectiveness.The intricate networks of social capital within modern organizations represent a collective cultural phenomenon emerging from interpersonal interactions and shared trust.In terms of scope,structural elements,and modes of existence,these networks exhibit fundamental characteristics of organizational subcultures.As a subcultural phenomenon,the culture of social capital networks presents a double-edged sword for organizational development and organizational culture.While cultural heterogeneity drives organizational cultural transformation,it also challenges the dominant culture within the organization.Faced with the actual or potential negative impacts of heterogeneous cultures,organizations should not resort to simplistic suppression or exclusion strategies.Instead,they should adopt a scientific approach to formulate response strategies from the perspective of mutual benefit and turning disadvantages into advantages,such as correctly perceiving cultural heterogeneity phenomena and understanding their generation and transmission mechanisms;scientifically assessing the internal cultural environment of the organization;establishing communication and consultation mechanisms between the organization and heterogeneous cultural systems;enriching the connotations of organizational culture to enhance its own cultural attractiveness;and appropriately preserving the survival space for heterogeneous cultures.This approach resolves conflicts between cultural systems and promotes the healthy and efficient development of the organization.关键词
