球形金属颗粒填充复合材料等效介电常数理论研究
Theoretical Study on Effective Permittivity of Metal Particle Filled Composites
摘要
Abstract
Based on the macroscopic electromagnetic theory,the theoretical formula of effective permit-tivity of spherical metal particle filled composites was deduced by means of the average energy meth-od,and compared with the theoretical formula of the average energy method with the calculation re-sults of the average field method and the moment method to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the formula of the average energy method.The calculation results show that when the volume ratio of the filling item is small,the calculation results of the three algorithms are basically the same.When the volume ratio of the filling term is less than or equal to 30%,the results of the average field method and the moment method are basically the same.When the volume ratio of the filling term approaches 50%,the calculated results of the average energy method and the moment method are close to each other.关键词
