甘蔗渣-偏高岭土-水泥基无机涂料的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Performance Study of Sugarcane Residue Metakaolin Cement Based Inorganic Coatings

Abstract
In this paper,VAE lotion was used as the liquid material,bagasse,cement and metakaolin as the powder,and sodium silicate as the al-kaline activator,inorganic exterior wall coatings was prepared.The tensile properties of the inorganic coatings prepared by the inorganic exterior wall coatings were mainly studied.Through single factor tests and orthogonal tests,the effects of the amount of VAE lotion,the amount of defoam-er,the ratio of metakaolin to cement(the ratio of metakaolin to cement)and the modulus of sodium silicate on the tensile properties of inorganic coatings were explored.The results show that when the modulus of sodium silicate is 1.8,the content of defoamer is 0.9%,the content of lotion is80%,and the ratio of deflection to sludge is1∶5,the tensile strength of the coating is the best,and the tensile strength can reach1.90 MPa.关键词
