复杂系统电磁环境效应(E3)评估方法研究进展
Research Progress on Assessment Methods for Electromagnetic Environment Effects in Complex Systems
摘要
Abstract
The assessment techniques are the most challenging issue in the electromagnetic environment effects(E3)field.No uniform assessment method has been available.The objectives of E3 assessment can be divided into three types,including the evaluations of the risk,reliability,and effectiveness of the victim systems.And the different types of assessments employ different methods.From the perspective of cognition,the assessment models are divided into three classes i.e.the physical,logical,and probabilistic models in this paper.The common and foundational issues involved in the methods are summarized.The mechanism complexity and uncertainty of E3 is the critical issue to be confronted.And most assessment models employ the probability and statistics theory as the basic tools.Essentially the E3 assessment is the comparison of two classes of random data,i.e.the electrmagnetic stresses and thresholds.The procedure of the assessment activities is recommended based on the Bayesian networks theory.The subjects to be further studied are discussed finally.关键词
