Research Progress and Prospects of Temperature Measurement Technology for Explosion Fireballs
摘要
Abstract
With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the frequency of accidental explosions have increased significantly during the production,storage,and transportation of flammable and explosive substances,and the disaster consequences demonstrate a clear expanding trend.As a key parameter characterizing the thermal load characteristics of explosive fireballs,temperature forms the basis for analyzing both thermal loads and thermal damage effects of explosions.Serving as one of the primary destructive mechanisms of explosions,thermal effects not only cause direct thermal damage but also induce secondary damage through ignition effects.Their coupling with shock waves further increases the complexity of damage analysis.A thorough investigation of the thermal effects of explosions is the foundation for a deeper understanding of detonation mechanisms,evaluating damage effects,tracing accidents,and optimizing protection.The research on transient measurement techniques for this parameter has significant value.This paper systematically discusses the current development status of transient temperature measurement technology for explosive fireballs,with a focus on analyzing the principles,advantages,and limitations of radiation-based temperature measurement technologies such as colorimetric thermometry and infrared thermometry.The special nature of the thermal damage effect of explosion fireballs in confined spaces and the new challenges it poses for temperature measurement are specifically explored.Critical issues requiring resolution in fireball measurement technology are projected.The research results have reference value for evaluating the degree of explosion damage,quickly tracing explosion accidents,and preventing and mitigating the impact of fire and explosion disasters.关键词
