摘要

Abstract

Based on the parent structure of cumin aldehyde,this article is combing amino thiourea with cumin aldehyde to synthesize a kind of cumin aldehyde thiosemicarbazone compound.Preliminary antifungal activity tests showed that compound 1 had an in vitro inhibition rate of 100%against B.dothidea pathogens at concentration of 50 mg/L,which was superior to chlorothalonil and cumin aldehyde.The in vivo antifun-gal activity test showed that there was moderate protective and curative activity on apple fruit infected by B.dothidea pathogen.The class of cum-in aldehyde derivatives designed in this article has good inhibitory activity against fungi,which could be further optimized as lead compound.
