孜然醛衍生物的合成及其对苹果轮纹病的防治
Synthesis of Cumin Aldehyde Derivatives and Application on Cotrolling of Apple Ring Rot Disease
摘要
Abstract
Based on the parent structure of cumin aldehyde,this article is combing amino thiourea with cumin aldehyde to synthesize a kind of cumin aldehyde thiosemicarbazone compound.Preliminary antifungal activity tests showed that compound 1 had an in vitro inhibition rate of 100%against B.dothidea pathogens at concentration of 50 mg/L,which was superior to chlorothalonil and cumin aldehyde.The in vivo antifun-gal activity test showed that there was moderate protective and curative activity on apple fruit infected by B.dothidea pathogen.The class of cum-in aldehyde derivatives designed in this article has good inhibitory activity against fungi,which could be further optimized as lead compound.关键词
