反复呼吸道感染患儿维生素D含量的分析
Analysis of Vitamin D in Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections

Abstract
In order to compare the levels of vitamin D between children with recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTIs)and healthy children,a total of 100 children with RRTIs were enrolled as the dis-ease group,while 100 healthy children were enrolled as the control group.According to the age all chil-dren were divided into 0～3 years old group,3～6 years old group and 6～14 years old group.Blood specimens were collected.And the content of 25-(OH)D was detected by high-performance liquid chromatography tandem masss pectrometry technology.The results showed that the content of 25-(OH)D in the disease group was less than that in the control group(P＜0.05);Especially the 3～6 years old group,the difference was very significant(P＜0.01);The children with RRTIs had a higher proportion of vitamin D deficiency(P＜0.01);The levels of 25-(OH)D in the control group gradually decreased with age(P＜0.01);The levels of 25-(OH)D in the RRTIs group decreased with age,but there were no differences in levels of 25-(OH)D between the 3～6 years old group and the 6～14 years old group.In conclusion,Children with RRTIs have low levels of vitamin D,especially the 3～6 years old group.The levels of vitamin D gradually decrease with age,and supplementing with vitamin D may support to treat RRTIs.关键词
