摘要

Abstract

An analytical method for calculating the diffraction distribution of spatial diffraction structure is introduced.By discretizing spatial diffraction structure into a set of tangent planes,the X-ray diffraction distribution of spatial diffraction structure is simplified into the superposition of diffraction by planar crystals.The process of LiF cylindricall bent crystal diffraction is simulated,and experiment is carried out.The results show that the method achieves a relative deviation of less than 4%in diffraction position calculation.It can effectively compute spatial diffraction distribution.
