我国陆地边境面临的新型地缘安全问题及综合治理
New Geopolitical Security Issues and Comprehensive Governance along China's Land Border Areas
摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of accelerating transformations unseen in a century,the interconnected-ness between neighboring areas,borderlands,and frontiers has become increasingly apparent.The functions of border security defense and control continue to expand and diversify.These changes have led to the intertwining and concentration of various security risks,sensitive factors,and complex situa-tions in border areas.Consequently,China's land border security has shifted from traditional defense and control toward addressing geopolitical security challenges across multiple domains and dimen-sions.Based on the delineation of China's land border areas,this study focuses on identifying emerging geopolitical security issues and proposes strategies for comprehensive governance.The findings aim to provide theoretical support for effectively safeguarding border security and stability.关键词
