Abstract

To evaluate the structural performance of a ribbed frame prefabricated photovoltaic pavement panel current-ly applied in Fujian Province,a three-dimensional finite element model of a typical prefabricated photovoltaic pavement panel was constructed,and impact loads were introduced to simulate the bouncing effect caused by uneven pavement.Based on this,the comprehensive influence of structural design parameters and load factors on the mechanical response was systematically analyzed,with a focus on the mechanical behavior of this type of prefabricated pavement structure un-der the impact of vehicles.The analysis results show that under the action of dynamic impact loads,the internal stress of prefabricated slabs presents irregular and uneven distribution characteristics,accompanied by tension stress and compres-sion stress alternating phenomena.Meanwhile,tensile stress concentration is prone to occur at different rib beam posi-tions on the board surface.With the increase of impact load,the peak stress at the bottom of pavement slab increa-ses steadily,and the displacement also increases significantly.The setting of polyurethane filling layers and asphalt shock-absorbing layers can effectively alleviate structural damage caused by impact loads.The concrete base rib beam helps to enhance the protection of the edge of the light-transmitting surface layer and improve the stability of the en-tire pavement structure.
