为了稳定再造烟叶的品质,提高产品质量.以烟草为研究对象,在不同温度下对其主要成分进行提取,并制成成品小样,利用连续流动分析仪、气质色谱仪、感官评价方法分析不同提取温度下再造烟叶的化学成分和致香成分的变化规律.结果表明:烟草原料在提取温度为70℃时制成的成品,致香成分个数最多,且总含量最高,清香、烤香丰富饱满,总体协调性最好.

In order to stabilize the quality of reconstituted tobacco leaves and improve product quality.This article takes tobacco raw materials as the research object,extracts them into finished products under different temperature conditions,and uses continuous flow analyzer,gas chroma-tography,and sensory evaluation methods to analyze the chemical composition and aroma components of reconstituted tobacco leaves at different temperatures.The results showed that the finished product made from raw materials at an extraction temperature of 70℃had the highest number of aromatic components,the highest total content,rich and full aroma,and the best overall coordination.
