Application Effect of Multi-Frequency Vibration Sputum Drainage Machine Combined with Chinese Medicine Poultice in Patients with Heart Failure of Phlegm-Drink Obstructing Lung Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-frequency vibration sputum drainage machine combined with Chinese medicine poultice in patients with heart failure of phlegm-drink obstructing lung syndrome.Methods 85 patients with heart failure of phlegm-drink obstructing lung syndrome admitted to the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit of our hospital from June 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to whether they received mechanical sputum drainage and Chinese medicine poultice.43 patients who didn't receive mechanical sputum drainage and Chinese medicine poultice were included in the control group,while 42 patients who received sputum drainage using a multi-frequency vibration sputum drainage machine and received Chinese medicine poultice were included in the observation group.The pulmonary function,cardiac function,and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the improvement degrees of pulmonary function indicators(FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC)and cardiac function indicators(LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of each TCM syndrome(cough,expectoration,wheezing,chest tightness)and the total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions The combined application of multi-frequency vibration sputum drainage machine and Chinese medicine poultice in patients with heart failure of phlegm-drink obstructing lung syndrome has significant effect,which can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function and TCM syndromes of patients,relieve the discomfort symptoms of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
