重复经颅磁刺激联合血栓通治疗缺血性脑卒中后认知功能障碍的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Xueshuantong in the Treatment of Cognitive Dysfunction After Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from April 2024 to March 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with Xueshuantong,while the study group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,cognitive function scores,hemodynamic indicators,Barth index(BI),and stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.00％,higher than 70.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the MMSE and MoCA scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Vm and Qm of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while RI was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the BI and SS-QOL scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Xueshuantong has significant effect in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke,which can effectively improve the hemodynamic indicators of cerebral arteries,restore cerebral blood perfusion,and enhance the daily living ability and quality of life of patients.关键词
