下肢康复机器人联合持续被动运动对脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者的康复效果分析
Analysis on the Rehabilitation Effect of Lower Limb Rehabilitation Robot Combined with Continuous Passive Motion on Stroke Patients with Spastic Hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of lower limb rehabilitation robot combined with continuous passive motion(CPM)on stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia.Methods 114 cases of stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to April 2025 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the reference group(57 cases,treated with CPM)and the observation group(57 cases,treated with lower limb rehabilitation robot combined with CPM)according to the treatment regimens.The clinical efficacy,spasticity severity(MAS grading),lower limb motor function(FMA-LE score),balance function(BBS score),exercise endurance(6MWT distance),gait parameters(peak knee flexion,peak hip flexion,step frequency,step speed,step length),and activities of daily living(MBI score)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.98%,significantly higher than 77.19%of the reference group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the MAS grading of the observation group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the FMA-LE scores,BBS scores and 6MWT distance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the peak knee flexion,peak hip flexion,step frequency,step speed,and step length of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the MBI score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Lower limb rehabilitation robot combined with CPM can enhance the rehabilitation efficacy for stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia,alleviate the spasticity severity,improve the lower limb motor function,balance function,exercise endurance,and gait parameters,and also enhance the activities of daily living of patients.关键词
