超声睫状体成形术治疗青光眼的临床效果与安全性分析
Analysis on the Clinical Effect and Safety of Ultrasound Cycloplasty in the Treatment of Glaucoma

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of ultrasound cycloplasty(UCP)in the treatment of patients with glaucoma.Methods 227 patients with glaucoma underwent UCP from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected.The success rates of surgery,preoperative and postoperative intraocular pressure,number of intraocular pressure-lowering medications,visual acuity and eye pain degree,as well as the postoperative complications were recorded.Results The surgical success rates at 1 week,1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery were 80.18%,77.53%,82.82%,and 87.70%,respectively,with an overall increasing trend.The intraocular pressure values at 1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery were significantly lower than intraocular pressure before surgery(P<0.001).The number of intraocular pressure-lowering medications at 1 week,1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery were significantly lower than that before surgery(P<0.001).The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)at 1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery had no statistical difference with BCVA before surgery(P>0.05).The eye VAS scores at 1 week,1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery were significantly lower than eye VAS scores before surgery(P<0.001),and showed a decreasing trend over time.Conclusions UCP in the treatment of patients with glaucoma can significantly reduce the intraocular pressure,relieve the eye pain,and reduce the number of intraocular pressure-lowering medications,with a low incidence of postoperative complications and a manageable overall safety profile.关键词
