腹腔热灌注联合新辅助化疗治疗宫颈癌的效果分析
Analysis on the Effect of Intraperitoneal Hyperthermic Perfusion Combined with Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Cervical Cancer

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer.Methods 110 cervical cancer patients admitted to Nanyang Nan Shi Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected retrospectively.Patients were divided into group A(52 cases,neoadjuvant chemotherapy+cytoreductive surgery)and group B(58 cases,neoadjuvant chemotherapy+cytoreductive surgery+intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion).The therapeutic outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The disease control rate in group B was 93.10％,significantly higher than 78.85％in group A(P＜0.05).After treatment,the macrophage colony-stimulating factor(M-CSF),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)decreased in both groups,and group B had lower M-CSF and TNF-α and higher TNF-α compared to group A(P＜0.05).After treatment,the squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA),vascular endothelial cell proliferation marker 105(CD 105),platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)decreased in both groups,and group B had lower indicators than group A(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Kamofsky functional status(KPS)and quality of life questionnaire for cancer patients(QLQ-C30)scores improved in both groups,and group B had higher scores than group A(P＜0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with cervical cancer can alleviate inflammatory responses,reduce tumor-related marker levels,and promote postoperative recovery of patients.关键词
