脓毒症中医证素分布及其与炎症指标的相关性
Distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome elements in sepsis and their correlation with inflammatory indicators

Abstract
Objective It is to explore the distribution pattern of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome elements in sep-sis patients and their correlation with inflammatory indicators.Methods The case information of 378 sepsis patients admit-ted to the intensive care and infectious disease wards of Hebei Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2018 to September 2023 was collected,the syndrome elements of these patients were diag-nosed,and the case information was analyzed by statistical software.Results The disease location syndrome elements of all sepsis patients involved 16 disease locations such as lung,brain and exterior,the disease nature syndrome elements in-volved 20 types such as heat,Qi deficiency and dampness.After correlation analysis on all syndrome elements,a total of 15 combinations of syndrome elements were extracted,including exterior-cold-wind,exterior-Qi deficiency-wind,exterior-lung-heat-wind,and so on.After systematic clustering analysis on all syndrome elements,4 clustering results were ob-tained.White blood cells(WBC),procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)were incorporated to construct syn-drome element multiple-factor logistic regression equations,the results showed that PCT was correlated with syndrome ele-ments stomach,large intestine and dampness(all P<0.05).ROC curve analysis revealed that the AUC values of PCT in diagnosis of syndrome elements stomach,large intestine and dampness were 0.70,0.83 and 0.69,respectively.Conclu-sion The lung and brain are the key disease location syndrome elements in sepsis patients,heat and Qi deficiency are the key disease nature syndrome elements,and exterior-cold-wind is the most common combination of syndrome elements.PCT has some diagnostic efficacy on syndrome elements stomach,large intestine and dampness.关键词
