基于布莱恩原则的机床直线度误差补偿方法研究
Method of Straightness Error Compensation for Machine Tool Based on Bryan Principle
摘要
Abstract
Due to the limitation of the machine tool structure,the measurement point and cutter location point do not coincide during the installation of the laser interferometer.The Bryan error calculation method is proposed to address measurement errors generated during the measurement process,and the straightness error models for machine tools are established in the X,Y and Z directions.It is analyzed that the mechanism of straightness error in machine tools.It is designed that the Bryan error compensation experiment.The experimental results show that the maximum straightness error generated is 2.8 um when the measurement point deviates from the tool position.The geometric error of the machine tool in all three directions has reduced through compensating the straightness error generated by measuring error.The average error has decreased by 15%after compensation.It is proved that compensating measurement error is effective in reducing the geometric error of machine tools.关键词
