Abstract
Based on the resource-based theory and business ecosystem theory,this paper focuses on the financial performance and growth performance of platform enterprises,and uses the effective data of Chinese platform enterprises from 2012 to 2022 for empirical analysis.By using multiple linear regression method,this paper analyzes the impact of novelty-centred business model innovation(NBMI)and efficiency-centred business model innovation(EBMI)on the performance of platform enterprises,and further explores the moderating effect of business diversification.The results show that the NBMI of platform enterprises has a negative impact on financial performance and a positive impact on growth performance;EBMI has no significant impact on financial performance and has a positive impact on growth performance.Business diversification will strengthen the negative correlation between NBMI and financial performance of platform enterprises,and weaken the positive correlation between the two and the growth performance of platform enterprises.关键词
