Abstract
Based on the theory of digital innovation strategy,the research model of digital innovation strategy on the growth of start-ups is constructed from the perspective of dynamic capability.At the same time,we will further explore the mediation effect of dynamic ability and the regulating effect of environmental uncertainty in it.The paper verifies each hypothesis through the empirical research method.The empirical results show that both the exploratory digital innovation strategy and the utilization digital innovation strategy have a positive impact on the growth of start-ups,and the dynamic ability plays an intermediary effect in it.In addition,the higher the degree of environmental uncertainty faced by the original enterprise,the more significant the impact of the dynamic ability on the growth of the enterprise.The research conclusion is conducive to providing relevant theoretical reference for promoting the sustainable growth of start-ups in China.关键词
