Passenger Satisfaction and Influencing Factors of Air-rail Integrated Transportation Hubs:A Case Study of Shanghai Hongqiao Transportation Hub

Abstract
The air-rail integrated hub is a new productive consumption space that emerged in the high-speed rail era,with comprehensive functions of traffic nodes and urban places.Its satisfaction research requires a systematic analysis of the spatial presentation and service feedback of satisfaction in the hub itself and affiliated places.Based on the node-place model,this paper constructs a passenger service measurement model for air-rail integrated hub,and conducts empirical research taking Shanghai Hongqiao transportation hub as an example.Data was collected through a questionnaire survey,and factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used to evaluate passenger satisfaction at Hongqiao Hub.The results show that the passenger satisfaction of Hongqiao hub has a high evaluation.The ranking of influencing factors is accessibility,information service,security,environmental quality,ticketing service,transfer conditions and infrastructures.关键词
