自然资源生态产品价值实现的实践探索与机制构建
Practical Exploration and Mechanism Construction of Value Realization of Natural Resources Ecological Products

Abstract
The value realization of ecological products is an important way to practice the theory of"Two Mountains",promote the construction of ecological civilization,promote the harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature,and achieve common prosperity.As the birthplace of the theory of"Two Mountains"and the demonstration area of common prosperity,Zhejiang province takes the lead in China in actively exploring the transformation mode of"Two Mountains"and promoting the realization of the value of ecological products.Based on the perspective of natural resources management,this paper makes a comparative analysis of practice and a summary of policy experience on the cases of realizing the value of ecological products in Zhejiang province.According to the principle of"protection first,rational utilization",it constructs an institutional system consisting of seven mechanisms:investigation-monitoring and confirmation-registration right,value accounting,ecological restoration,planning guidance,operation and development,protection compensation and policy guarantee.关键词
