摘要

Abstract

African swine fever(ASF)is a highly contagious disease caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV),posing a severe threat to global pig industry,which should be prevented and controlled by vaccines,particularly attenuated live vaccines with strong immunogenicity and high protective efficacy.Here,the advances in attenuated live vaccines against ASF were summarized,including development strategies based on naturally attenuated strains,artificially recombinant attenuated strains and cell-passaged attenuated strains.Challenges faced by vaccine development were analyzed,and future direction of vaccine development was deeply discussed,aiming to guide further researches of ASF vaccines.
