Research Progress on Process Parameters in Electrochemical Deposition
摘要
Abstract
Electrochemical deposition is a method of depositing metals from solution by the action of electric current,which is widely used for the fabrication of metal thin film coatings with great promising.However,due to the influence of process paraments,there are still some problems such as high energy consumption and low electrod-deposition efficiency.Although extensive research has been conducted on process parameters in different electrodeposition systems,most studies have focused on the analysis of single parameters,lacking comprehensive multi-parameter coupling analysis without unified conclusions.Additionally,the electrochemical deposition process involved multiple sub-processes,including mass transfer,heat transfer,fluid flow,and secondary reactions,making the mechanism more complex.Based on the three analytical indicators:electrolysis energy consumption,current efficiency and electrode lifetime,this paper summarized the mechanisms from the three macro perspectives of concentration,inter-electrode distance and electrode depth.Moreover,this paper also analyzed the lack of research on the coupling of concentration field and flow field in the current studies,and provided an outlook on the comprehensive effects of different process parameters,aiming to offer better ideas for optimizing the electrodeposition process.关键词
