单壁碳纳米管对养殖场污水中喹诺酮类药物的吸附特性
Adsorption Characteristics of Single-walled Carbon Nanotubes for Quinolone Antibiotics in Livestock Wastewater

Abstract
In order to explore the adsorption characteristics of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)under various conditions for 10 quinolone antibiotics including enrofloxacin and ofloxacin,SWCNTs were exposed to varying ultrasonic durations(0-60 min),vortex durations(0-60 min),ionic strengths(pure water,0.01-0.04 mol/L PBS),and pH values(3-11),respectively,and tested for their adsorption capacity to these antibiotics,then for desorption and cyclic utilization.The results showed that the adsorption rates were effectively enhanced by ultrasonic treatment and vortex-induced vibration,up to 71%-83%and 71%-78%,respectively,for 10 minutes both,increased with higher ionic strength under different adsorption systems,and peaked at pH 5-9,exceeding 72%.For the desorption test,both 5%acetic acid-methanol and 5%ammonia-methanol solutions presented the strongest capacity of elution,with above 85%of drug recovery rates.The adsorption rate of SWCNTs remained above 65%after they were recycled for 5 times.The adsorption kinetic fitting conformed with the pseudo-first-order kinetic model(R2=0.978 7-0.998 3).In conclusion,SWCNTs could be used to effectively remove quinolone antibiotics from livestock wastewater as a novel adsorbent,and presented good recyclability.Experimental and theoretical support were provided by the study for purification of livestock and poultry wastewater.关键词
