Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of ultrasound-assisted liposuction combined with radiofrequency skin tightening in abdominal"firm abs"plasty.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients who underwent ultra-lipoplastic combined with diamond carving-assisted waist and abdominal liposuction+abdominal"firm abs"plasty from March 2022 to September 2023 in the author's Hospital,were retrospectively analyzed.During the operation,phacoemul sification of the whole abdomen was carried out by using an ultralipid plastic instrument,focusing on the midline of the abdomen above the umbilicus and the lateral semi-moon line of the rectus abdominis muscle,and then negative pressure liposuction was carried out to carve out the"firm abs"shape,and after the form was satisfied,the whole abdomen was tightened by radiofrequency using a diamond carving instrument,and the midline of the abdomen and the lateral half-moon line depression of the rectus abdominis muscle were compressed and bandaged after the operation.Patients are regularly followed up after surgery to observe the postoperative effects and investigate their satisfaction three months after surgery and incidence of complications.Results The surgical wounds of 50 patients all healed in one stage.Following up for 3-6 months,there was a significant improvement in the feeling of lumbar and abdominal fat,with a flat abdomen and a good"firm abs"shape.No patients experienced serious complications such as fat embolism,visceral injury,or infection.There were only a small number of mild complications,among which 8 patients developed seromas in the lower abdominal wall or central depression area;Three cases showed unevenness in the lower abdomen,and one patient had pigmentation in the left lower back.All complications were cured after active treatment.At 6 months after the operation,the total satisfaction rate of the patients was 92%(46/50).4 cases were dissatisfied,including 3 cases of uneven lower abdomen and 1 case of pigmentation on the left waist.Conclusion Ultrasound-assisted liposuction combined with radiofrequency skin tightening can expand the indication range of female"firm abs"plasty,with high safety and good postoperative effect.关键词
