Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of SLNB combined with breast-conserving surgery in breast cancer patients and its effect on the recurrence and metastasis rate and breast aesthetics.Methods The study subjects were all breast cancer patients(n=80 cases)admitted to the author's hospital,included in the time of January 2021-January 2023,according to the different treatment plans were divided into the control group(n=40)and the study group(n=40),respectively,were given axillary lymph node dissection(ALND),SLNB combined with breast-conserving surgery,evaluation of the patients'surgical,postoperative recurrence and metastasis,postoperative breast aesthetic excellent rate,and prognosis.Results The operation time and drain removal time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the total bleeding,total drainage,recurrence and metastasis rates at 1-year follow-up were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),the excellent rate of postoperative breast aesthetics of the study group was higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05),The scores of symptom dimensions on the population-specific questionnaire for breast cancer(QLQ-BR23)were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the functional dimension score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of breast cancer patients with SLNB and breast-conserving surgery is ideal,less traumatic,can effectively reduce the postoperative recurrence and metastasis rate,and will not cause too much impact on postoperative breast aesthetics,which is conducive to improving the quality of the prognosis,and the combined program has a high clinical application value.关键词
