Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of flap transposition on wound healing, scar and recurrence of gluteal-lumbosacral pressure sore. Methods A total of 50 patients with gluteal-lumbosacral pressure sore admitted to the author's hospital from December 2020 to December 2023 were selected, including 22 patients with gluteosacral and 28 patients with sacrococcygeal. The wound area was 3 cm×6 cm-12 cm×18 cm.Free perforator flap repair treatment was performed in all of them. The patients were followed up for 3 months after operation. The wound healing and scar were evaluated by Bates-Jensen wound assessment tool(BWAT)and vancouver scar scale(VSS)at 1 month and 3 months after operation, and the survival of the flap, the occurrence and recurrence of adverse reactions were recorded. Results Three months after operation, the BWAT,all dimensions and the total score of VSS decreased compared with 1 month after operation(P<0.05).The flaps of 50 patients survived well, among them,2 patients had incision cracking during suture removal, and 4 patients had infection after operation. After timely dressing change and symptomatic treatment, they healed well.Follow-up for 3 months showed no recurrence. Conclusion The application of free perforator flap to repair pressure sore patients in gluteal-lumbosacral has good short-term endothelial flap survival and wound healing effect, light scar,no serious adverse reactions and recurrence, and high safety.关键词
