重复经颅磁刺激联合胞磷胆碱钠片治疗卒中后认知障碍的效果观察
Improved cognitive outcomes in post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI)patients treated with rTMS-citicoline combina-tion therapy

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with Citicoline sodium tablets in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Methods A retrospective analysis was per-formed on 60 PSCI patients admitted to Menkuang Hospital of Beijing Jingmei Group General Hospital between January 2022 and Ju-ly 2023.All patients received standard stroke management(including thrombolysis,antiplatelet therapy,etc.)and cognitive rehabil-itation training.The control group(30 cases)was treated with oral Citicoline sodium tablets,while the observation group(30 cases)received rTMS plus Citicoline sodium tablets.Repeated measures analysis of variance was used to compare changes in Montreal Cog-nitive Assessment(MoCA)and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)scores at baseline and post-intervention,as well as adverse event rates between groups.Results Post-treatment assessments showed significant increases in both MoCA and MMSE scores com-pared to baseline in both groups(P＜0.05).The observation group exhibited more pronounced improvements in MoCA and MMSE scores than the control group(P＜0.05).No significant differences in adverse event incidence were observed between groups.Conclusion The combination of rTMS neuromodulation and Citicoline neuroprotection demonstrates synergistic benefits in promo-ting cognitive recovery in PSCI patients,supporting its clinical utility as an effective therapeutic strategy.关键词
