血型调节年龄对脂代谢异常影响的风险分析
Risk analysis of the impact of blood type and age on abnormal lipid metabolism
摘要
Abstract
Objective This study aims to investigate the impact of blood type on lipid metabolism during aging, thereby providing a basis for implementing personalized lipid regulation strategies for older adults with different blood types and ultimately aiding in the prevention and targeted treatment of age-related diseases. Methods From January to July 2024,a total of 13264 individuals who un-derwent health examinations at Beijing Zhongguancun Hospital were included.Data on their blood glucose, blood lipids, and liver function indicators were collected.Participants were divided into a middle-aged group and an elderly group, with 60 years old as the cutoff.Age and blood type-related metabolic indicators were screened, followed by association rule mining of blood type-related indi-cators.Finally,multivariate logistic regression and interaction analysis were conducted to explore the relationships between metabolic indicators, blood type, and age. Results Compared with the middle-aged group, the elderly group showed statistically significant differences in health status, blood glucose, blood lipids, and liver function indicators(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in health status, total cholesterol, apolipoprotein B,total bilirubin, and alkaline phosphatase among different blood types(P<0.05).Association rule mining further indicated a close relationship between certain metabolic indicators(including total cho-lesterol)within the normal reference range and different blood types. After adjusting for confounding factors such as gender and health status, blood type A(OR=1.308,95%CI 1.019~1.679)and elderly age(OR=1.555,95%CI 1.234~1.961)re-mained independent risk factors for abnormal total cholesterol.Additionally, there was an antagonistic multiplicative interaction effect(OR=0.625,95%CI 0.460~0.847)and an antagonistic additive interaction(RERI=-0.578,95%CI-1.008~-0.143;AP=-0.481,95%CI-0.823~-0.139;SI=0.254,95%CI 0.085~0.754)between blood type A and elderly age with re-spect to abnormal total cholesterol. Conclusion The findings suggest that individuals with blood type A may have a reduced risk of total cholesterol exceeding the reference range in old age. Therefore,it is advisable to implement personalized lipid regulation strate-gies for elderly individuals with blood type A.关键词
