老年关节置换术后低蛋白血症危险因素的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of risk factors for hypoproteinemia after arthroplasty in the elderly
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically analyze the risk factors for hypoproteinemia following hip and knee arthroplasty in elder-ly patients, and provide a reference for clinical healthcare providers to guide postoperative management. Methods Two independent investigators systematically searched literature databases including Wanfang Data,VIP,CNKI,CBM,Cochrane Library,Web of Sci-ence,PubMed,and Embase, with a search deadline of December 31,2024.Studies were screened, data extracted, and quality evalua-ted according to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software. Results A to-tal of 9 studies involving 3,240 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that body mass index(BMI;OR=0.78,95%CI 0.65~0.94,P<0.05),preoperative albumin level(OR=1.28,95%CI 1.02~1.60,P<0.05),age(OR=3.07,95%CI 2.07~4.54,P<0.05),surgical duration(OR=1.08,95%CI 1.02~1.16,P<0.05),and American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)classification(OR=2.36,95%CI 1.24~4.49,P<0.05)were significant risk factors for postoperative hypoproteinemia after hip and knee arthroplasty in elderly patients. Conclusion The occurrence of hypoproteinemia in elderly patients after hip or knee re-placement is influenced by multiple factors.Healthcare providers should implement early screening and targeted interventions based on these risk factors to reduce the incidence of postoperative hypoproteinemia.关键词
