Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the incidence of cognitive frailty(CF)in elderly patients undergoing mainte-nance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods Literature on CF in elderly MHD patients was searched across CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase,and Web of Science from database inception to April 22,2025.Two investigators independently screened studies,extracted data,and assessed risk of bias.Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 16.0.Results Thirteen studies involving 4,391 patients were included.The pooled incidence of CF was 28.5％(95％CI 23.0％～34.4％).Subgroup analysis showed no sex-based differences in CF incidence(P＞0.05).However,higher CF rates were observed in patients with education levels＜9 years,those diagnosed via MMSE-CFAI combined criteria,and those with comorbid depression.Conclusion CF is highly prevalent in elderly MHD patients.Early screening targeting high-risk subgroups(e.g.,low education,depression)and multidimensional inter-ventions addressing cognitive-functional decline are urgently needed.关键词
