老年肌少症患者生活质量的影响因素研究
Study on influencing factors of quality of life in elderly hospitalized patients with sarcopenia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the differences in quality of life between hospitalized elderly patients with sarcopenia and those without sarcopenia,to understand the quality of life and its influencing factors in hospitalized elderly patients with sarcopenia,and to provide evidence for formulating relevant policies to improve their quality of life.Methods The clinical data of 120 inpatients admitted to the geriatric comprehensive ward of the Guizhou People's Hospital from January to May 2023 were collected.Patients were assessed using the EQ-5D-5L scale to evaluate their quality of life.The influencing factors of quality of life were analyzed by multiva-riate linear regression.Results There were 33 patients(27.5％)with sarcopenia and 87 patients(72.5％)without sarcope-nia.The median age of patients with sarcopenia was 86 years old,significantly higher than that of patients without sarcopenia(73 years old)(P=0.001).The EQ-VAS score was(55.52±16.47)for sarcopenia patients and(71.63±12.81)for non-sarcopenia patients(P＜0.001).The sarcopenia group had significantly more problems in mobility(P＜0.001),self-care(P＜0.001),daily activities(P＜0.001),and anxiety/depression(P＜0.05).The study demonstrated that the quality of life in elderly hospitalized patients with sarcopenia was significantly lower than in those without sarcopenia.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that sarcopenia was an independent factor affecting the quality of life of elderly hospitalized patients(P＜0.01).Conclusion Compared with non-sarcopenic elderly inpatients,elderly inpatients with sarcopenia have a significantly lower quality of life.Interventions should be implemented to help improve their quality of life and overall well-being.关键词
