Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of rehabilitation medicine services and resident demand at community health centers in Shanghai's Jinshan District.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted during September 2024 across all 11 community health centers in Jinshan District.Facility assessments were performed along with questionnaire surveys administered to 943 outpatients.Results 1,000 questionnaires were distributed,950 questionnaires were recovered,including 943 valid question-naires,with an effective rate of 99.26％.Among them,only 27.89％believed that the rehabilitation services of community health service centers fully meet the needs of community residents;70 patients were completely unaware of the rehabilitation doctors.Among the 11 community health service centers surveyed,10 hospitals have opened independent rehabilitation medicine departments.The number of rehabilitation hospital beds is 146.Equipped with 45 rehabilitation doctors,37 rehabilitation technicians,the medical tech-nology ratio of 1:0.82.The proportion of spa rooms and sky-rail suspension weight reduction training areas were 9.09％and 45.45％,respectively.Have psychological rehabilitation,Child rehabilitation,cardiac rehabilitation,and pulmonary rehabilitation cov-er between 18％and 45％,respectively.Conclusion The number of community rehabilitation doctors in Jinshan District of Shang-hai is insufficient,the medical technology ratio is not reasonable,the professional title of rehabilitation technicians is low,and the lack of highly educated and senior professional technicians;the training of rehabilitation talents is needed to realize the sustainable devel-opment of discipline echelon.The awareness rate of residents in the rehabilitation medicine department is not high,and the publicity and education of rehabilitation related knowledge need to be strengthened.关键词
