Abstract
Objective To explore the aesthetic effect and safety of fractional CO2 laser combined with short wave physiotherapy to introduce recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF)gel to repair post-acne atrophic scars.Methods One hundred and thirty-four patients withpost-acne atrophic scars from January,2023 to January,2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 67 patients in each group.The control group received fractional CO2 laser treatment,and the observation group received fractional CO2 laser combined with short wave physiotherapy to introduce rb-bFGF gel treatment.The clinical efficacy,skin physiological index,aesthetic effect score and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical curative rate of the observation group(94.03%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.12%)(P<0.05).After adjusting the physiological indexes of the skin before treatment,the protein content and the transdermal water loss(TEWL)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the water content of cuticle of skin(WCSC)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After adjusting the items of the aesthetic evaluation scale before treatment,the scores of comfort,psychological influence,social influence,self-perception,acceptability,pigmentation,softness,flatness and defect range in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of edema,erythema and pigmentation between the two groups(11.94%vs.5.97%,P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of fractional CO2 laser combined with short wave physiotherapy to introduce rb-bFGF in patients with post-acne atrophic scars is exact,which can improve skin physiological indexes,significantly enhance aesthetic effect,and has good safety.关键词
