Abstract
Objective To explore clinical curative effect of different injection methods of compound betamethasone in hypertrophic scar(HS).Methods A total of 92 patients with HS given injection of compound betamethasone in the hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into control group(traditional injection,n=46)and observation group(microdrop injection,n=46)between January 1,2021 and August 31,2024.The clinical curative effect,clinical evaluation of scars[Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)],scar index,scar skin pain[Visual Analog Scale(VAS)]and pruritus[Numeric Rating Scale(NRS)],and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,clinical response rates in control group and observation group were 78.26%and 93.48%,respectively(P＜0.05).Compared with control group after treatment,VSS score was lower in observation group(P＜0.05),scar area and thickness were lower(P＜0.05),and scores of VAS and NRS were lower(P＜0.05).After treatment,the difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional injection,microdrop injection of compound betamethasone has better clinical curative effect in HS patients,which is more beneficial to promote repair of scar tissues.关键词
