糖尿病性视网膜病变纤维增殖膜研究方法的范围综述
Methodological advances in fibrovascular membranes of diabetic retinopathy:a scoping review
摘要
Abstract
Objective The research methods of fibrovascular membranes(FVMs)in diabetic retinopathy were systematically analyzed through the method of scope review,providing reference for future related research.Methods Databases including CNKI,Wanfang Database,Chinese Medical Association Journal Full-text Database,China Biology Medicine Database,PubMed,Web of Sci-ence,and Cochrane Library were searched.The search period covered from the establishment of each database to March 2025.Literature screening and data extraction were then performed.Results A total of 36 articles were included,consisting of 12 Chinese-language publications and 24 English-language publications,published between 2015 and 2025.This review summarizes re-search methodologies for FVMs employed both domestically and internationally over the past decade.Conclusion Dve to the fact that FVMs often occur in the late stages of diabetic clinical samples and animal models are not easily obtained,and the exish-ing.research methods for FVMs still need further improvement and refinement.With technological advancements,experimental ap-proaches such as clinical imaging,histopathology,molecular biology,single-cell technology,cell culture,and animal models are in-creasingly capable of meeting researchers' needs.These methods facilitate in-depth exploration of the pathological mechanisms of FVMs and offer new research avenues for future clinical treatments.关键词
