摘要
Abstract
This study evaluated regulatory enforcement requirements for former hexabromocyclododecane(HBCD)pro-ducers and downstream enterprises in the plastics industry.By analyzing key regulatory enforcement priorities and identi-fying critical market supervision targets,the review paper provides technical and policy support for developing a robust market supervision framework.The review aims to facilitate compliance with international chemical conventions,ensur-ing effective phase-out implementation and sustainable chemical management in the plastics sector.关键词
