Abstract
In the new era of prevention and control of COVID-19,the characteristics of pediatric pneumonia have undergone some changes,such as the diversity and complexity of pathogens,and alteration in clinical characteristics,etc.Besides,much attention should be paid to respiratory virus-associated sepsis,obstructive respiratory failure caused by mucus hypersecretion after infection,and severe pneumonia complicated with pulmonary embolism.It is also necessary to strengthen the illness evaluation and early warning of severe pneumonia in children,and accelerate the application of artificial intelligence in the diagnosis and treatment of severe pneumonia.Clinicians should pay special attention to these issues in order to achieve better diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of severe pneumonia in children.关键词
