Abstract
Based on the widely recognized indicators in the international and domestic academic circles that affect the high-quality development of the grain industry,this paper constructed an indicator system for the high-quality development of the grain industry,used the entropy method to calculate the weights of various indicators in the indicator system for the high-quality development level of the grain industry in China and Russia from 2013 to 2022,calculated the comprehensive score of the high-quality development level of the grain industry in the corresponding years of the two countries,analyzed the trend and spatiotemporal differences of the high-quality development of the grain industry in the two countries,and used the coupling coordination degree model to explore the correlation between the high-quality development of the grain industry in the two countries.The research results showed that the top two weights of the primary indicators of high-quality development level of the grain industry in China and Russia are completely consistent,from high to low,they are grain productivity and technological innovation level;during the statistical period,there is a significant difference in the overall index performance of the high-quality development trends of the grain industry between China and Russia,however,the coupling coordination degree of the high-quality development of the grain industry in the two countries shows a stable upward trend year by year,from the level of barely coordination in 2013,steadily rising to the level of good coordination in 2022.Based on the results of quantitative analysis,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to further improve the quality and efficiency of the grain industry development under the influence of multiple factors such as climate change,environmental protection requirements,trade protectionism,and international sanctions triggered by the Ukrainian crisis,and ensure the food security and cooperation between China and Russia.关键词
