Impact of Subsidy Policies on Farmers'Continuous Adoption of Green Prevention and Control Technologies

Abstract
With the acceleration of agricultural modernization,the large-scale use of chemical pesticides has ensured grain output,while caused a series of problems such as environmental pollution and agricultural product quality and safety hazards.Against this background,green prevention and control technology,as an environmentally friendly and sustainable pest control strategy,has gradually become a hot topic and development direction in the agricultural field,and is of great significance to its in-depth research.Based on 761 micro-study data of farmers in three provinces,Hubei province,Jiangsu province and Hebei province,this paper used risk preference as the mediation variable,and used the Propensity Score Matching(PSM)and the mediation effect model to explore the continuous adoption of subsidy policies on farmers'green prevention and control technology and influence mechanism.The research results showed that:first,the subsidy policy has a positive effect on encouraging farmers to continue to adopt green prevention and control technology;second,risk preference plays an intermediary role in the process of subsidy policy affecting farmers'continuous adoption of green prevention and control technology.Therefore,the government should continue to maintain the incentive role of subsidy policies,further increase farmers'own risk preferences by carrying out risk education and improving agricultural insurance,and thus promote farmers to continue to adopt green prevention and control technologies.关键词
