The Current Development Status and Standard System Construction of China's Antarctic Krill Industry

Abstract
The Antarctic krill industry is a vital sector within polar deep-sea fisheries.This study outlines the current development status and standardization progress of China's Antarctic krill industry using industry surveys,standards re-trieval,literature review,and comparative analysis.A comprehensive standard system framework and a detailed list of standards for the Antarctic krill industry were established,encompassing Antarctic krill resource detection,ecological fishing,products processing and distribution,facility and equipment manufacturing.The study also proposes recommen-dations for enhancing researches on technological innovation in fishing and processing equipment,ecological foundations of krill resources,and key technologies for high-value utilization.By prioritizing the establishment of standard system for Antarctic krill processing and quality assurance,which focusing on general processing standards,product quality e-valuation methods,operational procedures,and cold chain storage and transportation specifications.This study aims to promote the integration of standards across the industry chain and support standardization decision-making in China's Antarctic krill industry.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2025,15(2):01-14].关键词
