胸部X线片联合纤维支气管镜检查对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿感染的预测价值
The predictive value of chest X-ray combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia infection

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the predictive value of chest X-ray combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy for mycoplasma pneumoniae infection pneumonia.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2023,208 children with suspected mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were admitted to our hospital,and were divided into 158 cases in the infected group and 50 cases in the uninfected group according to the"gold standard"of pathogenetic examination.We compared the clinical data of the two groups and analyzed the predictive value of the line graph prediction model of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection using ROC curve.Results:Peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),and forced vital capacity(FVC)levels were lower in the infected group compared to the uninfected group(P<0.05).Compared with the uninfected group,the infected group had a higher percentage of pleural thickening,lung cavitation,pleural effusion,large lamellar solid shadow,mucosal erosion,necrotic mucosal detachment,nodular protrusion,longitudinal folds,and congestion and edema(P<0.05).Multifactorial Logistics regression analysis showed that pleural thickening,lung cavitation,pleural effusion,large lamellar solid shadow,mucosal erosion,necrotic mucosal detachment,nodular protrusion,longitudinal folds,and congestion and edema were the influencing factors on the occurrence of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection pneumonia(P<0.05).The ROC curve analysis showed that compared with the areas under the curve of 0.774 and 0.792 of the chest X-ray film and fiberoptic bronchoscopy alone,the area under the curve of 0.813 of the column-line diagram prediction model was higher for predicting mycoplasma pneumoniae infection pneumonia(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of chest X-ray combined with bronchofiberscopy in predicting pneumonia with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is higher.关键词
