Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the changes of cardiac function in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)by echocardiography.Method:Thirty pregnant women diagnosed with GDM in our hospital from September 2021 to December 2023 were selected as GDM group, and 30 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group.Mitral annular plane systolic excursion(MAPSE),tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion(TAPSE)were measured by conventional echocardiography. The differences in parameters between the two groups mentioned above were compared. Results:Compared with the control group, the GDM group had significantly decreased MAPSE,TAPSE(P<0.05),delivery women in the postpartum GDM group had reduced A,E/A,MAPSE,TAPSE(P<0.05),and in the prenatal and postnatal intragroup comparisons in the GDM group, heart rate(HR),E,A,E/e'were all reduced postpartum,e',MAPSE,TAPSE were increased postpartum(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study indicates that the cardiac systolic and diastolic functions of women with GDM during pregnancy are slightly impaired before delivery, and the cardiac function that was slightly impaired before delivery was restored to a certain extent after delivery.MAPSE,TAPSE can detect early changes in systolic function in pregnant women with GDM.Echocardiography can be used to early evaluate the changes of cardiac function in pregnant women with GDM.关键词
