重视骨质疏松症序贯治疗
Attention to sequential treatment for osteoporosis
摘要
Abstract
Osteoporosis is a chronic aging disease.With the acceleration of the ageing of the population in China,the prevalence of osteoporosis and the incidence of osteoporotic fractures have significantly increased.Currently,a variety of anti-osteoporosis drugs are available.However,due to the limitations such as treatment duration,rare but severe adverse reactions,and decline of BMD after treatment discontinuation,monotherapy fails to provide sustained efficacy throughout the disease course.Sequential therapy has emerged as an inevitable strategy for the long-term management of osteoporosis.At present,although some studies have been made on sequential treatment strategies,the appropriate sequential treatment protocol based on fracture risks still needs to be further explored.关键词
