Prospects for improving traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment practice assisted by large language models
摘要
Abstract
This article thoroughly explores strategies for improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical practice based on large language models.By analyzing the potential applications of large language models in understanding ancient TCM literatures,creating shared patient case records,assisting with personalized herbal prescriptions,and facilitating doctor-patient communication,its role in promoting the intelligent and personalized development of TCM services is revealed.The article points out that doctors will need to develop new skills in collaborating with intelligent machines in the future,adapt to new diagnosis and treatment scenarios with the addition of intelligent devices,and maintain knowledge continuity and integrity through teamwork.In summary,the application of large language models has brought unprecedented opportunities for improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicine service and is expected to improve the quality of TCM services and promote the development of TCM towards a more intelligent and personalized model,benefiting more patients.However,cautions should remain during implementation to ensure that doctors make reasonable judgments on model outputs and strictly protect patient privacy and data security.关键词
