Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the stability,repeatability and diagnostic value of multi-b-value DWI radiomics features in liver cirrhosis.Methods:DWI data sets with multi-b-value of 126 cirrhosis patients in the liver cirrhosis group and 102 healthy volunteers in the control group were collected.Then,90 radiomics features were extracted from DWI images.The variation was evaluated by the percentage coefficient of variation(%COV),and the concordance correlation coefficient(CCC)was applied to assess the repeatability of DWI images.The features with the low variability and high repeatability across different b-values and patients were obtained.Another 53 liver cirrhosis patients and 53 healthy controls were collected as the external validation cohort for evaluate the diagnostic efficiency of radiomics features for liver cirrhosis.ROC curves were used to evaluate the diagnostic efficiency of radiomics features for liver cirrhosis.Results:Twenty-six radiomic features had low variation(%COV<20%)with multi-b-value and different patients.Thirteen features,such as GLRLM-RLNUN,GLCM-J.Entropy,between the liver cirrhosis group and the control group were statistically significantly different(all P<0.05).The radiomics features with higher repeatability were extracted from DWI image with neighbor b values.In the external validation cohort,GLRLM-RLNUN,GLDM-DNUN,GLCM-J.Entropy,GLCM-SumEntropy,IH-Entropy had the AUCs of 0.924,0.967,0.865,0.891,and 0.887,respectively.Conclusions:There are varying degrees of variation in radiomic features extracted from multi-b-value DWI images.The features derived from nearby b-value DWI have higher repeatibility.GLRLM-RLNUN,GLCM-J.Entropy,GLCM-SumEntropy,IH-Entropy and GLDM-DNUN can be served as non-invasive biomarkers for diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.关键词
